The journey of Davanam began in 1905, and today it has grown into a global fashion and jewellery by venturing into exports of gold and diamond jewellery to U.S.A, U.K, U.A.E, Kuwait, Singapore and many other countries. The key to its success has been a visionary creativity, an inspirational leadership, a dedicated workforce and a lot of sincere hard work. The founder of the company, Sri. Soorya Narayana Setty & his son D.S.Venkatanarayana Setty has helmed the company since 1905, and his experience and vision have provided tremendous inspiration over the years. 
 
D.V.Ravindranath is son of Mr. D.S. Venkatanarayana Setty senior partner of the firm, aged about 44 years, after completing his graduation in B.Com, he joined hands with his father in Jewellery business, he has an experience over 25 years in the Jewellery business, He is expertise in art of designing & marketing Jewellery.
 
D.V.Harish, is second son of Mr. D.S. Venkatanarayana Setty and aged 42 years, he has completed B.E. (Electronics); he is expertise in Diamonds & has rich experience in Jewellery business over 20 years. He started exports of Jewellery in 1991 and widely traveled all over the world to study the market. He is also the Managing Director of Davanam Constructions Private Limited, Director of Davanam Jewellers Private Limited, Director of Green Earth Renewable Energy Private Limited [Manufacturers of Bio Diesel] He is the main person instrumental in structuring the entire business of Davanam group. 
 
D.V.Arvind, Director, is dynamic personnel with high morale, good spirit and reputation, all of whom share the responsibility for the running and the expansion of Davanam. He is actively engaged in implementing the innovative business policies & business expansion. He is last son of Mr. D.S. Venkatanarayana Setty and aged 35 years, with more than 20 years experience in the Jewellery Industry. He is responsible for transforming the business strategy and promoting the new ventures in corporate sales & marketing.  
D.V. Ramesh , C.E.O, has rich administrative and operational experience in the field of jewellery, he is the son of Late D. Venkatachalapathi setty founder of Davanam group and aged 47 years, he has done Bachelor in Business Management & Completed CA (Chartered Accountancy) is the back bone of all the financial regulation & banking requirement of the company, He is associated with company since 1987, and also has 15 years experience in exports and import procedures, banking and finance regulations. He takes care of overall monitoring of finance, marketing & banking requirement of Group Company.  
D.S. Venkatnarayana Setty, aged 75 years, graduated in BSc,(Textiles), is the senior partner of the firm and has experience of over 60 years in the Jewellery Trade.  
 
The Davanam Group concerns celebrating its 100 years jewellery business and expanding its business around the state, with opening of two new retail outlets in Bangalore.During the year 2002 the firm has setup 100% E.O.U, and In 2003 It has set up UNIT at Noida Special Economic zone to meet and execute export orders. The Company employs more than 100 skilled and semiskilled labours in their Noida Special Economic zone unit, and employed more than 150 in their retail sector. Company started expanding its retail activity during 2006 and its first new showroom with floor space of 6000sqft opened on 24th March 2006 at Malleswaram and the second mega showroom with floor space of 10000sqft was at Commercial street junction in April 2006.

 

 
The firm has participated in several exhibitions in U.S.A,, organized by the Non-resident Indians, and Displayed Diamond studded jewellery ,created and Manufactured by the firm, and it is well received in markets ,and demand for their diamond jewellery From USA Market is steadily increasing. 

 

The Company opened its Bangalore Branch in 1987 in Avenue road and Started exports in 1991.In a span of 20 years the company has established its name in the jewellery trade and ranked as top 5 five jewelers in the state.
