How do I become a member?
Purchase jewelery worth Rs. 5000( on a single bill) from Davanam stores and get a Privilege membership.

Will my older transaction be taken into account for my point calculation?
No. All transactions after you receive the Privilege Card, will be taken into account for your points calculation .This will include the first transaction on the basis of which you have been given the card.

Can I transfer my points to another card?
No. The points are not transferable.

How do I get my update my point status?

How much time does it take to update my points? Can I redeem my points, which I have earned in the same transaction?
It takes 24 Hrs to update your points. No, you cannot redeem your points in the same transaction in which you have earned it. So if you have shopped for Rs. 10,000 and earned 300 points, these 300 points can only be redeemed in the next transaction.

Can I use this privilege card in all the outlets of Davanam?
Yes, You can accumulate & redeem the points at any of our outlets
